I’d love to help you simplify your meal planning. Check out my new menu planning course here.

If you're encouraged by the podcast & blog consider becoming a friend of Thankful Homemaker at Patreon

We have talked about Can Your Share the Gospel and Evangelism Tips Using Tracts we are now going to spur one another on to actually handing out tracts and sharing the Gospel with others.  I encourage you to take 9 minutes and watch the video below with Trisha Ramos as she shares with us how to overcome our fears and share our faith with others.

Our challenge this week ladies is to share at least one gospel tract with someone.  I can share with you that if you can hand out one tract you will probably not stop there but realize how easy it is to share God’s truths on a tract with those that are lost and destined for an eternity in hell.

If you don’t have any tracts I encourage you to go to Living Waters and order some tracts.  If you cannot afford or get a hold of any tracts please contact me through the blog or on Facebook and I will get some tracts out to you.

Let’s take this challenge this week and share with each other our experiences.  Next post on evangelism I’ll share my tract challenge and how I did.  Remember Trish’s tip in the video that you must make your tracts accessible and easy to hand out or you will probably not remember to do it.

Take a moment to tidy up your purse and get it ready to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with the lost world around you.

I’m leaving you with a two minute evangelism tip from Trisha:

I so agree with you and I much prefer sharing face to face – that is what the next post is about :).

Marci, I think tracts are ok, but I prefer to seek out opportunities to share Christ…conversationally. Anyway just a small two cents. I have had many opportunities where I have been able to share Christ spontaneously in everyday moments and circumstances. Nothing takes the place of a Spirit filled, Word loving and willing available Believer.

I know we can all relate to self-pity as women, wi I know we can all relate to self-pity as women, wives, and mothers. How many times do we focus on our needs that aren’t met? Unfair situations or circumstances? Self-pity is a selfish tendency that takes our eyes off Christ and puts them on ourselves. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
We forget that “God works all things together for good to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.” Are we able to give God “thanks in all things”?⁣⁣

"God's written Word, the Bible, is God's greatest "God's written Word, the Bible, is God's greatest earthly gift to his people, second only to the living Word, Jesus. And because the living Word perfectly lived out the written Word, we are blessed beyond measure. Jesus fulfilled every precept found in Psalm 119, keeping the principles and commandments of this psalm, and he did so on our behalf.⁣

Our failure to live wholeheartedly is covered by Jesus, who lived it perfectly for us. Ultimately, he is Psalm 119 in human form, the Word became flesh and dwelt among us (John 1:14)."⁣

I’m sharing a walkthrough of various tools and s I’m sharing a walkthrough of various tools and systems that help me to get things done. It’s a practical episode, and I hope to encourage you, if nothing else, to take a look at how your days are going and ask yourself some simple questions like:⁣
⁣
What is working and what is not working?⁣
Where do I find myself wasting time?⁣
Where can I make better use of my time?⁣
Can I simplify my days or various tasks or automate them?⁣
⁣
These are just a few questions to ponder, and there are many more you can ask, but the main one is to seek the Lord and ask him, are you a good steward of your time? Is your desire to honor Him amid your days and in how you spend your time?⁣
⁣
Many more than ten systems or tools help me manage my days, but these items top my list. I’ve shared more in detail on some of these in past blog posts or podcast episodes, but I wanted to put together an episode that walked through how I use each one.⁣
⁣
An episode like this one is more helpful to me than you because it helps me to think through my days and systems and tools and determine what is working for me and what isn’t.⁣
