Some great links to visit this month to encourage you on your journey in memorizing God’s Word. I love that reminder – we are not just memorizing words from a page but the very Words of God!! Here is an article from Revive Our Hearts called Scripture Memorization: Help to Get You Started …
I have been enjoying my time in this beautiful book where Nancy Leigh DeMoss continues to take me into the scriptures to reveal God’s desire for us to have joy – true joy – deep and profound that can stand up through all circumstances and situations. Along with reading it through (very slowly I might…
Many years ago when I was just a young girl in school, I remember taking a class called Home Economics. It went over basic home keeping skills, sewing and cooking. I grew up with a stay-at-home mom, and most of my female family members were stay-at-home moms. I do not come from a Christian…
I am reminded of your sincere faith, a faith that dwelt first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice and now, I am sure, dwells in you as well. 2 Timothy 1:5 As a new grandmother, this verse has encouraged me in the role the Lord has given me to pass on my faith…
The beautiful book, The Valley of Vision, has become a part of my daily time with the Lord. I am thankful to have the prayers of the puritans to guide me in my petitions to the Lord. It was not written as a prayer manual but I have learned much by praying the prayers of…

We have talked about Morning and Evening routines and I am looking forward to moving on to the next page in my Homekeeping Binder and that is the weekly routine. This sheet really has helped me to plan the whole week and see at a glance the industry that goes on in our home. This…
